If anyone's interested, the TBP-Veritas merger is still waiting regulatory approval. I'm not surprised with two countries involved. The approval is expected in about 2-3 weeks after which notices will be sent to the TBP shareholders. If all goes well, the merger is slated to close mid- March.
Based on the current Veritas price, for each 1000 shares of TBP you own you will receive 133 Veritas shares. This ratio will not change unless the Veritas price drops significantly.
