Big board short positions are not a secret. There are shorting threads where posters disclose and discuss their positions; they also do so on the stock thread itself. Shorters want people to understand why they have taken their position, just as the long shareholders want people to understand why they are optimistic. Shorters do so openly. For some reason, all individual shorting done on penny stocks is part of a world wide conspiracy and done secretly.<g> Some people believe that it is a rule that must be followed if one is going to short a penny stock, and everyone follows it...<s> It is one of the worlds greatest kept secrets. No one has goofed or slipped,... ever. >>>>>>Sylver denies these charges and alleges himself that the Silicon Investor contributors are short selling investors trying to drive down the company's stock value who are being investigated themselves.<<<<<<< Is anybody here short this stock? If there is would you tell me how I can short it too. Maybe if I had one of those offshore accounts I could use it to open an account in Canada some way. Would that be legal?
