McAfee will do nearly $200 mil this year. Hardly small. They do
generate the majority of their revs from anti-virus, but 30-40%
of their business is network mgmt software. They just picked up
a hot help-desk company and they are going straight at Remedy. Look
for their McAfee's adds and you'll see what I mean. Last week McAfee went up and Remedy dropped like a rock.

One of the reasons that Wall Street loves anti-virus is because there is still a lot on money to be made in that space. NCSA, the key anti-virus industry group, says that in 1995, corporate america spent $1 billion on virus problems, in 1996 that number will be
$5-6 billion! Corporate america is going to continue to invest a lot of money in this area.
