Sean, thank you for the figure of 29% for insider ownership.

David, I am relatively new to the VSE. For the past few months I have followed a few gold mining stocks on the SI threads for Bema Gold (BGO) and Consolidated Silver Tusk (CKS). From other investors on these threads, I have learned that VSE is considered the main exchange for mining companies. Also, I have been told that the exchange is typically much slower in volume during the winter months, as speculative investors seem to hide during this period. I am sorry if I stated this too strongly in my previous post. Did not mean to mislead. I do not know from experience whether it is true but as I head into my first winter on the VSE I will keep this in mind.

The recent price spike in IZP seems to be news driven and not seasonal. What is that news exactly...? It seems to me that the cancellation of the Abbott deal would set this company back for several months as they scramble to find a new partner and hammer out an agreement. Also, how did they get 5 million in cash on hand? Does anybody know?

Sanjay
