GT Interactive Software Corp not to proceed with offer NEW YORK, Nov 5 (Reuter) - GT Interactive Software Corp said on Tuesday that it decided not to proceed with its proposed follow-on public offering, in light of current market conditions. On October 18, the company said it filed for follow-on registration with U.S. Securities Exchange Commission to offer 15.5 million shares.
