Ralph,

In your post, you said 'Sega Playstation', when you mean (or should mean) Sony Playstation. Sega makes the Saturn ( and the 16bit Genesis).

Sony owns the Japanese market (a good article/editorial is found at n64hq.com.
As you mentioned, Nintendo owns the North American market. For example, 8 out of the 10 top rentals have been N64 games. And the big sellers have been N64 such as StarFox64 and Goldeneye is just being released and should be a big seller.
