Will Vitesse be a Digital Television (HDTV) beneficiary? Most certainly, the recent acceleration of HDTV as mandated by the FCC will require high-speed, digital communications semiconductors. I speculate (but have no confimation) that VTSS will profit hugely from this market in the next two years. Seeing as to how Vitesse specializes in high-speed digital semis, does anyone have information of possible applications of Vitesse technology towards HDTV? I'm confident that requirements here will call for multi-gigabit designs...for the most part possible only in GaAs. Dan
