Right now the 50 DMA is acting as a major resistance line for ACA. Unless it breaks out in heavy vol. the trend is still DOWN. <<<In the past, a run up of the stock price prior to a NR was common place, now it seems this pending NR is having no such effect. Is this good or bad news?>>> Can't be good. But this is typical in a weak sector. Even if the NR is favourable the run up will be short live. my 2 cents,YC
