Appreciate your analysis. Earlier this week, I had decided to compare AOL with a cable/tv company to see how they stacked up. For better / worse, I chose time warner and for purposes of comparison I just looked at capitalization to sales ratio. Based on that comparison and assuming that AOL could achieve the same margins on subscriber basis that time warner could, I determined that AOL would be fairly priced in the $30-$40 range.

Now that being said, I am sure I am not the only one who has done these kinds of spot checks. My question to you, is what is the best way to play this puppy. Currently, I am considering puts in the 3-12 month time range and a price in the $60 range to play just the time premium.
