What I'm saying is that selective disclosure is illegal.

They can't tell YOU that they're having meetings, and not provide the same information to everybody else. (Yes, just for interest I called and I asked.)

In other words, there are two types of information: Private (which they can't disclose outside the company) and publically available.

You seem to be claiming knowledge of things which have not been publically disclosed. Since you are not an insider, I'm wondering how you would have such knowledge. (CCSI's comment to me is that they can't discuss any such meetings, just a reassurance that they are doing "everything possible" to get the stock good exposure.)

I can only conclude that any information you have which goes beyond that statement is either conjecture on your part, the result of a very effective private investigation on your part (shadowing a CEO is legal...), or was leaked to you illegally.
