Well the specialists are at it again. Breaking exchange rules left and right and there is not a thing I can do. Put out four market shorts at the open on various ultility stocks. Despiste many upticks after 15 minutes not one order was filled. Why? They knew the prices were going to be headed down. These guys are unbelievable as well as engaging in rules violations. Sometimes I feel like this is impossible and when the rules are not followed it is. cost me over $10K. I hope the exchanges someday really regulate what is going on, for now they are doing a bad job. But fellow traders please take note of the bs that is going on out there.
