There are no options on it so you can't short it that way. I don't know what the rules are for shorting a stock with such low value. I believe you have to deal with a broker and they have to have the stock in their inventory. Since Prudential gave up on them I doubt if any brokerage firms hold this dog in house. So in short you are SOL in shorting AERN. I don't understand why they don't pursue the credit card battery for Palm Pilots and whatever happened to the Bartizan deal. I believe the scientist doing the research is brilliant and they are just feeding him the $$ for research to keep him around. When they inform him one day the $$ are all gone he'll probably move on to greener pastures. Al
