I think if you check the 10K you'll see that Sprague likley hold a couple of million shares so selling 10,000 shares, to me is not meaningful. What really bothers me is that Sprague owns the important patents and sells the license to WAVE. So in theory, Sprague could sell his patent rights to another and the company gets zip. Plus I was not really pleased with all the cash the Sprague family pays themselves considering they may now be delisted because of the lack of cash. No suprise if Srague is busy cutting himself checks as we speak to insure he gets paid prior to the NASDAQ meeting. Unless they announce a major cash generating deal yesterday this stock will make nice wallpaper.
