IBM sells $1.5 bln three-year notes at 1.00%

NEW YORK, Mon Aug 2, 2010 3:24pm EDT

NEW YORK Aug 2 (Reuters) - International Business Machines Corp (IBM.N) on Monday sold $1.5 billion of three-year notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.

The 1.00 percent notes were priced at 99.591 to yield 1.139 percent, or 30 basis points over comparable U.S. Treasuries, according to IFR.

The joint lead managers on the sale were Barclays, BNP Paribas and Goldman Sachs. (Reporting by Caryn Trokie; Editing by Dan Grebler)
