Like I said before. This all means nothing. No financing has been completed. This was only a private placement memorandum that was circulated to investors. These kinds of things end up going through multiple generations before something happens. Plus, it was first drafted when the stock was well under $10, which means that the original discount was not so far off from what is considered normal.

As for trading halts, you are the fool. None such action has or will be taken, especially with respect to a proposed offering that NEVEF became effective. The fact is that the shorts will get squeezed and no amount of PAYOFFS to writers at certain new organizations will change that. Nice try.
