The Rehnquist court gave us Bush over Gore. After 911, Iraq, Katrina, $2-$3T added to the national debt I'd say Roberts is going to be even more of a doozie. We may not survive this especially as the key to nearterm results is having Republicans NOT nominate another fascist for the swing O'Connor seat. Who knew that in half a decade after the SC election of a Prez we'd be taking aid from the UN and third world countries? Strange things are set to happen and so far none of them are good. Personal privacy? Ability to make personal decisions? Due process? Voting rights? Pshaw...who needs these.
