Good Question. It has been a couple of weeks since I talked to David, I will call him Monday Morning. He is in an office building, I beleive he pays for everything like an independent agent for ITI. I know he is going to represent another company. I will let everyone know Monday. I wanted to buy in at 7/16 for the past couple of days, fill or kill, all or none. The mm's would not let me do it. That bid is stuck in the low 40s and can't get in now under .45 Bob
