I can't quote the authors name who writes in the Globe, but he called it the cardiograph of the the world market. What it is, is the difference between the Euro and the US T Bills. He said anything under 50 is safe, 80 is getting risky and 125 is a market collapse. It's good to watch in relation to the POG.
