I'm supposed to be holding nextel for minimum 3 years (1997 to 2000) but every now and then I wonder. (When I buy a stock I write on that page in my little black notebook how long I want to keep it.)
I do hope "wonderbread" is a whole grain type as whole grains are on the list I have up on my refrigerator of "20 foods that keep you healthy". (Unfortunately dark chocolate with almonds is not on that list. Darn!)
