OT >$8,000 Scooter. That same $8,000 buys you a new, Korean Car or a decent used car at the low end. what if it rains? When not raining: For $1000, you get a fairly nice MTN Bike with full suspension that you can do 15 or 16 MPH in the flat with... while getting good exercise. or buy a cheap one at WalMart that just doesn't last as long.
