Doug,

I look at SMTL as a longer term hold right now.
At 9-10 bucks I saw it as both short and long term
If price goes back down toward that range I would
gladly accumulate more shares but not a priority now
at current price. If volume starts to trend up for some
some reason it wud merit a closer look
