Happy? Not really. Only 28 Dems. It was 31, but three changed their votes near the end. Will find out who they were tomorrow. On the other hand, the Administration has moved dramatically in our direction, so hopefully the conference won't be a drawn-out affair. Not taking bets, however! I just want to get this all behind me so I can move on to other matters. Ken
