Yep, it takes talent to lose that much. Well, its time for MPRS to swallow its pride and accept a crappy takeover offer while there is still value in the company. If they don't do it soon, their developers will start leaving, and then MPRS will truly have no value to anyone. With 14 million cash, they can only last one more quarter if revenues do not improve.

No wonder GTIS backed out of the merger. All that "difference in accounting" stuff was a bunch of bull. Can you imagine if GTIS had paid $250 million for MPRS, and all they would have gotten is $37 total revenues for the last 2 quarters, and 19 million in losses.
