So, by my reckoning, Trump has proven himself already to be supporter of big business via appointments and undoing regulations and budget proposals. Apparently his definition of "draining the swamp" didn't include limiting big business influence on government. (not much surprise there) But still open is the question if he does anything at all directly for his populist voter base aside from amusing them by harassing some illegals and maybe eventually by getting them some "trickle down" via spending. It seems like he would at least have to throw them a bone at some point to keep them loyal, but yeah bluffing is a favorite tool in his BS toolbox. So don't bet on it...
