Yes, to dump his shares, Dorian needs to pump the stock, or at least stir up some volume. The news release was ineffective. Maybe he should hire a spammer.

What I found notable about the news release is that it did not come from Merger Communications. Their previous news release, two weeks ago, was from Merger. It had the following disclaimer:

According to the long-term agreement between Merger and the company, Merger's compensation for its financial media relations services, which includes the preparation and distribution of press releases, consists of ten thousand cash and five thousand shares of the company's restricted stock for the length of the agreement. Merger typically has a long position in the securities of the companies in which it publishes information, and Merger may be buying or selling securities in the course of its regular business.
