I have to agree with some of the posters that CPQ seems to be a fairly lame computer company- but are there any idiots on this thread that actually bought into this company late Friday at 30'ish- just hours before they got reamed? I don't own this stock- but maybe I would consider it near 20/share, but it probably wont go there soon because the institutions will take a while to see what bad PE's this company is capable of producing. I'm sorry folks- I've been to Houston, I've seen the swamp where the headquarters is built- and I've talked to some of the employees who are helping to drag this company down. I actually talked to a high-level manager who has his position in the company mearly because of the length of time he has worked for them. When asked to describe his fairly high paying job he said he was like the "cleaner" in the action films, he shows up and solves problems that can't be resolved by normal means... his training is minimal and his job description is that of a movie character. lmason
