Don't get so bent out of shape. I simply suggested that it was possible that there could be some misrepresentation in the 3Q statement due to the fact that it wasn't audited. I couldn't give a damn what anybody thinks of a companies management when it comes to the numbers. I want to see it verified by an independent third party. Namely, a reputable accounting firm. It's just plain common sense and good business. If ADTN management is so honest, then why didn't they have their statements verified by an auditor?

You say stick to the facts and I say I have:

Fact #1- 3Q report is clearly labelled as unaudited.

Fact #2- Unaudited financial statements are more likley to contain false statements and/or errors than audited ones.

I am not saying that they have done anything wrong. I am only saying that it is POSSIBLE the 3Q numbers have been calculated wrong, whether it be willingly or by accident.. Without an auditors stamp of approval, nobody can can factually argue to the contrary.
