They must mean 9/30, with respect to inventory that may not have been worth what they said it was - with respect to lost 3COM business(?). What decision has to be made? (I also bought during the class period.) Normally you do nothing and a year from now you get automatically to participate in the settlement on the same terms as everyone else.
