Sam,

I guess I might be a too quick study. I followed AD for a while and conclude:

1. He has a caste iron stomach;

2. He is smart enough to trade AMAT, a stable business leader with volatility;

3. He gets to choose entry and exit and adding and subtracting to his position;

4. He makes money even when he doesn't know which direction the market is going;

5. One could probably model a rule based system that has a positive expectation but will not do as well as AD;

6. There are "easier" ways to make money.
