Unless the Yen starts to sell-off, many participants are going to view any rally as suspect, imo. This morning was rather odd that as the S&P was being jacked up, the Japanese yen was rallying as well. This has never been the hallmark of any rally since the 2009 lows.

On the other hand, the Aussie Dollar and the Euro (considered to be risk currencies) have not pulled back much since the retracement began a couple of hours ago.

I am seeing several confusing signals. Perhaps we are finally at the stage wherein the market will rally to offset the substantial monetary inflation which has taken place as the dollar resumes its decline.
