Agree absolutely that advertising and commerce revenue are the ultimate keys to AOL justifying its current valuation. The question the MSNBC article raises but does not attempt to answer (too much fun to let people complain) is whether the people complaining matter to the world of online commerce. The figures in the Seidman article suggest that at present these people most certainly do not.
