SCOTUS has found all kinds of rights in the Constitution in the last decades. I propose that blind citizens sue to get drivers' licenses on the grounds of unfair discrimination. There have to be 5 judges who could find driving rights in that document if they found gay marriage rights and abortion rights in there. There are plenty of ADA specialty lawyers too. What could go wrong? After all, the blind shouldn't be denied the same happiness we have with the cars they love.
