Thanks Art,exactly what I've experienced with Waterhouse but have also heard same problems with others as well.When you consider AOL,EBAY,AMZN,ext.tradeing 10 million trades and tradeing 100shares at a time I've got to cut a little slack to the on line brokerages even though I get quite ill with them.CJ I thought you were one of guys now I'm 3 shades of red!
