UNLESS there is printing going on a worldwide scale. One collaterla effect (having Brazil in mind): Emerging countries will print, not to overvalue to defened exports, then buy with the nely printed currency cheaper USD and pay their debts. Sorry couldn't elaborate on your question before: Was re-charging my batteries in the beach after 12 weeks flat out in Nigeria.
