Morgan, I could not agree more. Management IS a key factor, and I have no reason to believe they will not be adept at "selling" the story. I think by its nature, VC investing should be great experience in teaching you how to convey your own company's message and how to address concerns that investors may have. That's one reason, among others, why I think Whitehead and Trueger will excel in this regard. In addition to Trueger, Whitehead is very good and I'm certain with his background he has significant contacts in the banking and finance community. That's why I am confident that over time the company will see a positive result from Whitehead's relocation to London. Best regards
