Yes and I'm sure working at a paper or insurance company, with their hefty R&D budgets(wg) will do wonders for those creative it types. If they're run of the mill and mundane enough to be happy there, they're probably not the types I want on a team that's supposed to be developing the leading edge of communications technology. Sorry, but I have to disagree with your assertion.
