Sounds like you might have misunderstood me. We Agree on this Totally! I have been "Under-impressed", to put it mildly, with the Management at HABE. Even though at lower levels it would be a Very tempting buy.

I use a great deal of criterions when I select a stock. One of them besides the obvious business side of Management, is the general integrity of the management. (E.G.-- I can sniff out scamms better if I get a chance to speak with the management.)
