What chances do you see that Hecla will start paying royalties to Independence lead Mines - the company which actually owns all the silver Hecla is mining? They are supposed to share 18.52% of profits they make after remaining 35 million of capital costs are recouped in 12 months!!! Seems to be a lot money (for ILDM shareholders)!!!
