Scott couldn't say when this would happen but assured me that it was just a matter of time. I feel positive about BANY's future after talking with Sitra." IMHO - BANY (as its current shell) will not get off the pinks, Yost is gone, the "business" is done, and Sitra's mass e-mail is the only IR I'd expect from BANY. But I sold most of my BANY for >$1.25, so what do I know. At least I know I'm still on the BANY e-mail list ;)
