Did anyone attend the AGM? I received the information circular and proxy materials on February 23, and also voted on the Internet. The issues voted upon were the same as last year's -- name change to Dynamix Energy Corp, and 5-for-1 consolidation. While I don't know what the outcome of last year's AGM vote was, I'm not sure why the name change didn't happen. Bob Bateman mentioned the 5-for-1 rollback may not happen, and indeed we noticed nothing took place. I'm frustrated in that no financials have been released yet. In fact I'm not sure if they've been filed yet (as of this writing they are not on SEDAR yet). I last called the company and spoke with Mr. Bateman on March 8, and at that time he indicated the financials would be filed "the next week", with hopes of commencing trading the following week. Well, it has been over three weeks now, and still nothing. Anybody else wanting to get a corporate update, please call 403-243-3080. If you find anything useful, please consider posting! Thanks, Ben
