Insider trading reports from the Ontario Securities Commission shows that the Fidelity mutual-fund group (FMR Inc.) boosted its stake in CGI in late May. FMR acquired 37,900 class A shares in 6 trades between May 14 and May 30 raising its stake to 461,000 shares, or more than 10% of the float. The previous shares had been acquired since March 1.
