I am going to stick out my neck. My valuation formula shows a significant discrepancy with INTC. A 3 for 2 stock split is due immediately to correct it. Its valuation is such that the diluted shares will move to the present price level, time adjusted, for the relative movement in the S&P 500. This is an implicit buy recommendation.
