I haven't done any options, although I've been reading on subject. Has anyone take Wade Cook Seminar or similar instruction. Opinion please.

Go to a Barnes and Noble and read through his books. Then buy "Options as a Strategic Investment" by Lawrence G. McMillian. Don't bother with Wade's seminars, and don't buy his books, unless you really can't read through them in the store.

Wade's book will get you excited about options, and gives a decent non-technical description of option trading, but he leaves out extremely important stuff, like the reality of stocks going down as well as up. McMillan's book is the bible of option trading, and will teach you everything you need to know, except for how to pick stocks to begin with. For that, you need experience... (which so far I lack...)

Doug.
