Mark, a block trade is normally considered to be 10,000 shares or more. I saw several of these trades again today. I believe that one or more institutions or insiders are accumulating shares. As far as I know, CMVT is scheduled to release its earnings tomorrow. In the past, if the earnings were good, the stock went up for a short time after the announcement, but then retreated. If the earnings were bad, the stock dropped sharply. In any case, it looks like holding a position in CMVT overnight entails a lot of risk. I sold my position, as I didn't want to take that risk. But, I'm ready to buy it back at the appropriate time (whenever that is).
