Rick, you mention that they cannot change Rodger's order to 398 shares from 400. I'm curious. Unless he designated all-or-none, why couldn't they do a partial fill? If Schwab could only get 398 at his price and he had plenty of money they could do a partial fill. So why not in his case? What would be illegal about that? I'm not currently buying your argument that it is illegal. Please enlighten me.
