Mike...I couldn't agree more about free speech.. But what I am talking about is yelling "Fire!" in a crowded theater. This character started TWO Short Threads on APAT stock, where he could exercise his "free speech" to his heart's content. He spewed his venom there to get things moving and got minimal to no response. So he comes back to the "positive" thread, jumps into others' conversations, and attacks the PERSON, not the ISSUE!!
So again, Mike, I support free speech, and will engage anybody, anytime, anywhere in a one-on-one, no holds barred, all consequences accepted -- but WHEN I CHOOSE TO DO SO.. This guy would break down your front door to prevent you from going out and buying a stock he is short.. Not in the standards, Mike. Not here, not anywhere, and we should NOT tolerate it... Stand by for more battle...with SI, if necessary.. We aren't here to participate in an unruly riot, IMHO, but in reasoned (or even UNREASONED) discourse. If we can't have a standard that says "Uninvited attacks on PERSONS, rather than ISSUES is grounds for banning", then this forum isn't worth the powder...
Other than that how's your day going, MIke <g> dlo
