Fred, I had few "flings" with VLNC few years back, but had it off my radar once they got into their leaks problems. Since then the situation might have changed, but I am still on the sidelines here, and the breach of the 8,75 to 9 here might be worry some. If it repairs it before the close, it might be nothing, if not, maybe something is "rotten" in the kingdom after all. Just my opinion. Zeev
