Really stupid commercial. Anyone with 1/2 a brain realizes how badly some companies that manage $$ rip them off with their exorbitant fees. I don't mind the green couch. In the right setting................living room painted off white with vaulted ceiling, glass wall looking out on in ground pool with redwood coffee and side tables and crystal lamps.........it would look great. OTOH the green walls are atrocious.
