Agreed on the need to distance themselves from Yost.

BANY has been on the pinks for nearly a year, despite the fact that they continue to file 10Qs since then.

I have heard some nonsense that the reason BANY hasn't left the pinks is because of some need to accumulate financials dating back 30 years on the prior shell that BANY filled when they went public. Sorry, I don't buy that.

I think Yost's problems have been the primary reason for BANY going to and staying on the pinks.
