I wonder big an underwater nuclear explosion would be required to generate a tsunami of epic proportions that would take out your basic "most hated" enemys coastal real estate such as
"Miami or Hong Kong? Would it be more effective than an atmospheric blast and cause less peripheral damage downwind? Logistically is it a plausible weapon?

Just musing.
